Phoenix Business Solutions, LLC is built on the guidelines established by the Institute for Independent Business through Jerry Taylor as an accredited associate.  We are a group of senior business people who have owned and managed companies in the SME sector coming from every imaginable discipline available.  We provide expert analysis & guidance to help our clients with the overwhelming issues of running their business. Over 4,000 Accredited Associates of the Institute are available to assist in the planning, design and implementation of any project your company or organization may need.

We pride ourselves on having a solid understanding of the key business issues of the day and help Managing Directors/Business Owners to review their business and discuss in a confidential and unbiased way the issues that they face.  We provide a complete analysis by examining
over 55 areas of concern and identifying any areas or problems that need specific correction.  Once a direction is established, Phoenix Business Solutions will develop a plan and assemble the necessary team experts to focus on the problems and generate a profitable (or agreed upon) solution.  Phoenix's clients receive a confidentiality agreement that assures their name or information about their company or projects will not be disclosed without their written permission.
